Clothecare Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. We offer returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
Conditions for Return
Original Condition: The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Original Packaging (Preferred): If you have the original packaging, please use it for the return.
Proper Repackaging (Acceptable): If the original packaging is unavailable, please ensure the items are securely repackaged to prevent damage during return
How to Return an Item
- Visit your order page and select "Return" for the specific item you wish to return.
- Choose your preferred return method and carrier.
- Once you have shipped the item, contact Clothecare with the tracking number to inform them of the return.
- Clothecare will process your refund upon receiving the returned item. The processing timeframe may vary depending on your payment method. shipment.
Important Notes
Items that are damaged or used will not be eligible for a full refund.
If you refuse or cancel delivery of your order and the carrier returns it to Clothecare, you may be charged a delivery fee that will be deducted from your refund.
